Enid Blyton the one who makes all the mystery stories that makes me imagine! Join Peter-the leader, Janet, Jack, Barbara, Pam, Colin, George and Scamper the dog as they go on surprising adventures!!
Can the Secret Seven handle Susie, Jack's little sister or will Susie interfere with the mystery? ( They have always handled Susie!)
The Secret Seven have done 15 books in the time and I have just started reading them! I've read 1 of them fully which was 'Shock For The Secret Seven' and what a adventure was that one! Reading it before I go to bed I say to Mum "Please Just this last page or so" and then mum says " Ok". Just getting up to a bit that really can make you get excited but you can only find out what is going to happen in the next chapter - that is a real bummer when you've got to go to bed after that!
My mum used to read The Secret Seven and now tells me to read and read so you can go into this world you've never been into, and it's really true when I read even though there are things going on around me and other things in my brain, I focus on the story which really can kick in and make feel like I'm really there. It is just amazing! Some kids at my school think that reading is sooo boring but really it isn't and I think some adults will agree with me, because if they've got children and they don't really want to read just tell them 'read and then you'll go into a magical world full of suprises'. Sometimes that dosen't work but hey, those kids need to read for their life! The book I'm reading now is The Secret Seven Mystery and it is quite good for a start! Personally I think that The Secret Seven is a good book for starter readers and for some adults that want to get back into that feeling of The Secret Seven!

what a wonderful post! I remember feeling this way about 'The babysitters club' and 'The Fudge series" of Judy Blume books....where I didnt want to go to sleep until I read a little bit more. I would read them at breakfast, and sometimes with a torch in bed (hahah - but shhhh I did not just tell you that ;-) Reading is very cool and fun and makes your imagination grow like a big muscle!! So you can always create fun stories and paintings and other creative things. Thanks for sharing and look forward to hearing more about what you have been reading. Love it!! xoxo
